Why do you need this file? This DLL is associated with and is used to run the HAAN Virus/Trojan. More info here:
http://www.megasecurity.org/trojans/h/haan/Haan.html You dont need that file. It is disguised to look like a VB 6 runtime file which is needed to run an application created with Visual Basic 6.
