help-corrupted google downloaded firefox, an unremovable couDLL google file exists

Help.

I have lost countless Word docs duplicated with a squilly line that opens the saved docs in gibberish-- while also duplicating it with a good windows saved doc.

I bought PC doc and cant get rid of the file that continues to invade my firefox google files.

I am pasting a copy of a message I got for the bad link that shows up in my temp file (two actually). besides whats pasted below on the top is written firefox.exe - Bad image.

hope someone can help so I dont have to reboot my system---- I've tried deleting google updater files that seem to be related while windows docs are effected when I save my work?

Have you tried uninstalling all Google products through Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel? Do that first. Then run CCleaner to cleanup temporary files that are left behind: http://www.filehippo.com/download/9941459c...4b6af/download/

Try this first and see if it helps.
You may also try scanning your computer for Adware, it can't hurt.
Spybot is a good free program that will scan your computer: http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
